In outline, as currently designed: when the personal reflection is available, your eight answers and anything you choose to write are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write your reflection. We do not store your answers, your words or your reflection, and none of them are added to our site analytics. Your answers stay in your browser tab until you close it, so you can try again if something goes wrong. We record which campaign or link brought you here and which pages you visit, without storing your IP address. Email is not collected today; if it is added, it will be optional and used only as described here.
